Shared team agenda: turn emails into tasks and events

An email that needs an action shouldn't stay an email. In the shared agenda, it becomes a task you can assign and track.

Most important things arrive by email: a deadline, a meeting, a request to handle. But an email gets lost - a shared agenda doesn't. In an InboxBriefs team space, every email carrying a date becomes an event, and every email calling for action becomes a task - gathered in a common agenda where the whole team sees the same thing. You assign, set due dates with reminders, connect external calendars, and nothing depends on one person's memory anymore.

The problem with an agenda that lives in people's heads

How the shared agenda works

Emails become tasks and events

From the shared mailboxes, InboxBriefs tells apart what needs action (a task) from what carries a real date (an event) - never inventing a date. It all shows up in the space's common agenda.

Everyone sees the same agenda

The space's tasks and events are visible to all members. No more “I thought you had it”: the week's load is right in front of the team.

Due dates, reminders and status

Each task can carry a due date and a reminder: the team gets notified ahead of time. Mark a task in progress or done, and progress is shared.

External calendars, read-only

Subscribe the space to external calendars (iCal) - Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple. Their events show up right inside the shared agenda, alongside tasks from emails.

Frequently asked questions

Does InboxBriefs invent dates?+

Never. An event is created only when a real date appears in the email. Emails that need action without a date become tasks, which you can date yourself.

Who can assign and edit tasks?+

Any member of the space can create, assign and complete a task. The assignee gets an email notification.

Can we add tasks by hand?+

Yes. The shared agenda also accepts tasks and events created manually, on top of those from emails.

Are external calendars modified?+

No. iCal subscriptions are read-only: their events appear in the agenda, but InboxBriefs never writes back to the source calendar.

A shared agenda means a team that knows what's coming and who does what. Create your space, connect your mailboxes and watch your week fill itself in.
