Email summaries for founders and entrepreneurs

When everything runs through your inbox, sorting it yourself every morning is the worst use of your founder time.

As a founder, your inbox is a crossroads: an investor, a key customer, a candidate, a vendor and your cofounder all write to the same place, and each one thinks they're the priority. The problem isn't volume — it's that sorting this flow costs you your attention at the moment it's worth the most: the morning, before you've built anything.

What actually eats your time

How InboxBriefs helps

Urgent rises, noise is grouped

Every morning you get a single email: urgent at the top (an investor waiting, an unhappy customer), important in the middle, and automated notifications grouped at the bottom. You decide as you read instead of digging to find.

Your priorities, in plain language

You write rules like “Prioritize any email from my investors and paying customers.” InboxBriefs reads them before sorting, so the summary reflects what matters to YOUR company, not a generic heuristic.

Read-only — nothing moves in your inbox

Inbox access is strictly read-only: InboxBriefs can't send, delete or modify anything. You keep full control of your inbox; the tool only summarizes it.

Frequently asked questions

Can I separate my different projects or companies?

Yes. You connect your inbox and write rules per project or client. The Pro plan lets you connect multiple inboxes if you split your activities across separate addresses.

Will I miss an email if InboxBriefs files it as “FYI”?

No: no email is deleted or hidden. Everything stays in your inbox. The summary ranks, but each entry links to the original message in one click, and even the spam folder is scanned in case a real message landed there.

Is it safe to connect my founder inbox?

Access is read-only and enforced by Google, not by a promise. Tokens and all generated content are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), and emails are forgotten after the summary — only the summary is kept.

Getting your morning back means getting back the window where you make your best decisions. You can try it with no credit card: the 10-day free trial includes 10 summaries — enough to feel the difference over a real work week.
