Each summary covers the emails received since the previous one, that's the last 24 hours for a daily digest. Nothing that arrives between two summaries is missed.
Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, and any IMAP-compatible server (Exchange, Zimbra, OVH, Infomaniak, etc.).
In the language of your choice, regardless of the original language of your emails. You can write your rules in that language too.
Yes. Your spam folder is included in every analysis. An important message misclassified by your inbox won't slip through.
Yes. Beyond Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365 and Yahoo, you can connect an inbox hosted on your company's private server over IMAP. Enter your address and password, we detect the server automatically, and the password is encrypted at rest.
The assistant can search your emails directly (up to 60 days), create or edit tasks and events, manage your planner (priority, duration, reminders) and answer questions about your digests. Everything happens in a conversation, without reopening your inbox.
Yes. Rules guide the structure and priorities of each summary. For example, you can prioritize your team, ignore promotions, or mark invoices as urgent.
The planner detects deadlines, appointments and tasks mentioned in your emails and adds them automatically to a built-in calendar. You can also add your own items manually.
A shared workspace for your company's common mailboxes (contact@, support@, billing@…): the team gets one daily summary per shared mailbox, works from a shared agenda where requests become assignable tasks, and can ask an assistant scoped to the space's mailboxes. The subscription is per space, not per member, and everyone's personal email stays strictly private.
No. Access is strictly read-only. InboxBriefs can't send, delete or modify anything.
No. We read your emails to generate the summary, then forget them. Only the summary is kept. You can delete everything from the Account page.
Yes. On Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo we use only the provider's official authorization flow. For a company inbox on a private server, your IMAP password is encrypted at rest. In every case, access is encrypted and never transmitted in plain text.
Yes. Free requires no card. Pro is monthly with no commitment, cancellable in one click. Your access stays active until the end of the paid period.
1 on the Free plan, up to 3 on the Pro plan. All accounts are merged into one summary, sent to your InboxBriefs address.
