Connect your inbox
Gmail, Outlook or a private server. InboxBriefs only reads the emails needed for your digest.
How it works
InboxBriefs connects to your inbox, respects your schedule, then turns the noise into a clear digest.
Gmail, Outlook or a private server. InboxBriefs only reads the emails needed for your digest.
Set the digest time, your rules, your priorities and what you want InboxBriefs to ignore.
Every morning, get what is urgent, important or simply worth keeping in mind.
Before / after InboxBriefs
InboxBriefs reads in the background, finds the useful signals, then builds a digest that is ready at the time you choose.
Digest ready
Ready in under a minute.
You authorize InboxBriefs through Google's, Microsoft's or Yahoo's official screen (OAuth), or via IMAP for a company mailbox on a private server. Access is strictly read-only: technically, InboxBriefs can never send, delete or move an email. You can revoke access at any time, from your dashboard or directly at your provider.
At the hour you chose, the AI reads the emails received since the previous digest - spam folder included, to catch an important message your inbox misclassified. Each email is understood in context: an invoice, a client follow-up, a newsletter and a tool alert are not the same thing, and are not treated the same way.
The summary sorts every item into three levels, with a one-line synthesis and a link back to the original email. Your plain-language rules refine the sorting ("emails from my accountant are always urgent", "ignore GitHub notifications") - and the AI learns your priorities over time.
Emails that need an action become tasks; emails carrying a real date become events. Everything persists from one digest to the next until you complete it - no date is ever invented, and deadlines surface separately so nothing gets missed.
Under a minute: click "Connect", authorize read-only access at your provider, pick the digest hour. Your first summary can be generated immediately.
Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook / Microsoft 365 (including Hotmail and Live), Yahoo Mail, and any company mailbox on a private server via IMAP (self-hosted Exchange, Zimbra, Postfix…).
Yes, anytime in preferences: send hour, timezone (daylight saving handled automatically) and summary language - regardless of the language of the original emails.
The summary adapts: a quiet day gives a short digest. Each summary only covers what arrived since the previous one - no duplicates, no artificial noise.
