Shared email workspace for your team
A team workspace isn't ten more tools: it's one place where shared mailboxes, summaries, agenda and tasks live together.
When several people work on the same emails, the chaos rarely comes from a lack of tools - it comes from their scattering. An InboxBriefs workspace brings it all together: the team connects any shared mailbox (a role address like contact@, the company's main inbox, or a plain ordinary address), gets a prioritized daily summary, and works from a common agenda where every request becomes an assignable task. Roles, permissions and an activity journal keep the whole thing under control, without ever exposing anyone's personal email.
Why simply sharing a mailbox isn't enough
- Emails are shared, but nothing says who should act or when: information flows, responsibility doesn't
- Each tool (inbox, calendar, tracking sheet) lives in its own corner, and the team retypes the same info three times
- Today's priorities are visible nowhere: everyone reopens the inbox and rediscovers the urgent items
- No record of what got done: a week later, impossible to know who handled what
What an InboxBriefs workspace brings
One space for all shared mailboxes
Connect any mailbox the team needs to follow (Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Yahoo or a private IMAP server), read-only. The workspace centralizes their summaries and agenda in one place.
The same prioritized summary for everyone
Each shared mailbox gets its daily summary - urgent, important, FYI - at the space's chosen hour and timezone. The whole team starts the day with the same clear picture.
Shared tasks and agenda
Emails that need action become assignable tasks; emails carrying a date become events. All in a shared agenda, with due dates and reminders.
Roles, permissions and activity journal
The admin delegates fine-grained permissions and invites by email (an invitation can only be accepted by the invited address). An activity journal shows what's happening: summaries generated, tasks added and completed, members joining.
Rules to copy (and adapt)
- Mark as urgent any email mentioning a deadline, a problem or an unhappy customer.
- Surface requests that have been waiting for a reply for more than 24 hours.
- File newsletters and automated notifications received on the space's mailboxes as FYI.
Frequently asked questions
Is a workspace only for large companies?+
No. A space covers two partners sharing one mailbox just as well as a team of 25. Billing is per space, not per seat: joining a space through an invitation costs the invited member nothing.
Can we connect any mailbox, or only contact@/support@?+
Any mailbox. A role address (contact@, support@…), the company's main inbox, or a plain ordinary address: as soon as several people need to follow it, it belongs in the space.
Are members' personal inboxes mixed into the space?+
Never. The space only sees the shared mailboxes connected to it. Each member's personal inboxes, summaries and personal agenda stay strictly private.
How many mailboxes and members per space?+
Up to 25 members and 10 shared mailboxes per space, on the Team & Enterprise plan.
A real workspace means fewer tools and more clarity. Create your team workspace, connect your shared mailboxes and watch the whole team work in sync.
