Team and chat
A team space brings together shared inboxes, everyone's tasks and the chat. A decision made in a channel becomes a task in one click.
A channel per client, project or topic, public or private, and direct messages for the rest.
Reply in a thread: the channel stays readable.
Mention someone: they're notified, and by email if they haven't read it within 5 minutes.
One question, up to ten choices: everyone votes in one click, and the result reads at a glance.
An announcement or an update with a title, discussed in its thread, that can notify the whole channel.
An important message becomes an assigned task, with nothing to copy.
“What did we decide for Acme?” the assistant finds who said what in the channels.
Schedule a post to the quarter hour, up to 90 days ahead: only you see it until then. And pin what should stay at hand, up to ten messages per conversation.
A private channel and a direct message are only visible to their members. Public channels stay open to the whole team.
Message text is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and only our server reads it to show it to you. It is not end-to-end encryption.
Almost: the open conversation refreshes by itself every few seconds, and your messages show up as soon as you send them.
Yes. Attach up to ten files per message with the paperclip, by dropping them or by pasting an image. Images show in the conversation; documents open in one click.
In a channel or a direct message, the composer's "+" offers "Poll": a question and two to ten choices, with, if you want, several answers, an anonymous vote and an end date. Everyone votes in one click; the author or an admin can close it, then reopen it.
Yes, in a channel: pick the day and time (to the quarter hour), up to 90 days ahead. Only you see it until it goes out; you can edit it, post it right away or delete it. It can also notify the whole channel by email.
No. The chat is written; for a meeting, create an event in the team agenda.
Only its members. A public channel can be read by the whole team, and writing in it adds you to it.
Click "Suggestions" in a channel or a thread: the AI reads the latest messages and proposes tasks to create (with an owner and a due date, based on who does what in the team), tasks to close and people to add. Nothing is created without your click.
The members of the team space, on the task's page. Comments exist for team tasks; a personal task has none.
The team space, with the Team & Enterprise plan, billed per space rather than per member.

And every task has its own conversation.
On a team task's page, people comment, reply in a thread and mention with @. The decision stays with the task instead of getting lost in a forwarded email.
