Where to find them
The assistant looks at your space on its own every morning at 6 am, without spending a credit. A grey badge on the assistant, in the side menu, gives the number of its questions; open the assistant to read them under the assistant has 2 questions.
- An urgent task with nobody on it, or without a date.
- An overloaded day, duplicate tasks, forgotten tasks.
- The project of a new task, a request received in the chat, work said to be “done”.
- A habit an automation could take over (“every Monday, you create…”).
Answer in one click
Step 1 of 3
- Read the question: the grey line under it says why the assistant asks.
- Pick an answer: Create the task, Merge, Ask Léa, Later or Ignore, depending on the question.
- For a task to create, the assistant's card opens, filled in (date, priority, project, assignee): adjust it, then Create task.
Let it act alone
When you often accept the same suggestion, the assistant asks whether it may do it alone: Yes, do it alone or No, keep asking. Each time it acts alone, it tells you, with Undo; if you undo twice, it goes back to asking.
Step 1 of 2
- Under its questions, open Settings.
- For each kind of question, pick Ask me, Stop asking or Do it alone when sure.
To silence one question right away: More options › Stop asking this kind of question.
