What the assistant did alone
Step 1 of 2
- Open the assistant: at the top, each action it took alone has its line, for example “I filed “Acme quote” in “Acme”.”.
- Click Undo on that line: the task goes back to how it was.
If you undo the same kind of action twice, the assistant goes back to asking you. You can also change its setting: see Answer the assistant's questions.
What the assistant did when you asked
- Under its answer, its steps say everything it did: task created, date changed, task completed.
- To correct it, open the item and change it — or ask the assistant: “move the due date back to Friday”.
- A task deleted from the list or the board shows Undo for a few seconds.
- Stop cuts an answer short; what was already done stays done, the detail is in the steps.
A deletion you ask the assistant for is final. For an important task, delete it yourself: you will get Undo.
