Open the planner
Step 1 of 2
- Open Planner (in a team space: Calendar).
- Pick the view: Day, Week, Month or Year. Today brings you back to today's date.
Add an event
Step 1 of 2
- Click the + (Add a task or event), then Event.
- Give it a day, a Start time and an End time, or tick All day.
Meetings from your emails
An email that sets a real meeting adds it to the planner. If it moves by email (“pushed to Thursday 3 PM”), the entry is corrected and its reminder follows. No date is ever made up.
Show picks what the calendar displays: Tasks, Events and, in a team, People (or Whole team).
