Run history, pause and “Undo”
See what each automation did, pause it in one click, and take back a move before it acts.
Updated November 4, 2026
What it did
- Open the automation from Automations.
- At the top of the editor, click History (the clock, next to Activate).
- Every run reads there, step by step: successful or not, and why. At the top, Last run and, for a date, Next run.
An automation on emails or the chat is applied by the assistant while it reads: its tasks show up in Tasks, sorted emails in the summary, its suggestions in the conversation.
Pause it
In the editor, Pause stops it without losing anything (“Automation paused”); Activate starts it again. An automation never activated stays a Draft.
To delete it: More actions, then Delete, and confirm “Delete this automation? It will stop acting.”.
Undo before it acts
When you complete, assign, move or delete a task, the app shows Undo for a few seconds. Automations wait for that window to end: what you take back starts nothing.
When it fails
If an automation fails several times in a row, the assistant asks you about it, with the last error, and two buttons: Open the automation or Pause it.
