Open an email
Step 1 of 3
- In the summary, click View email next to an entry. A link to an email in one of the assistant's answers opens it the same way.
- The email opens in the email window: sender, recipients, text and attachments. Download saves an attachment.
- Move on with Older or Newer, and go back with Back to the list.
Browse your folders and search
- Under Your mailboxes, pick a mailbox; under Folders, the Inbox, Starred, Important and your other folders.
- Search mail searches the open mailbox.
- Open in Gmail or Open in Outlook opens the same email at your provider.
Read-only
Nothing changes in your mailbox: InboxBriefs moves and deletes nothing in it. Images from the web are hidden to protect your privacy; Show images shows them for that email.
